What Happened to the Podcast and My Camp NaNo Projects!

I decided to kill two birds with one stone with this post. You may have noticed that the podcast didn’t happen. As they say “everything that can go wrong will go wrong.” And boy, did everything go wrong! Everything from equipment malfunctions, and problems with the software I was using, to things going on in my life.

Sadly, I do not intend to set a new launch date any time soon. I am incredibly busy right now. I hope that eventually, I will be able to bring you guys the podcast, but right now it’s not an option.

And now to the camp NaNoWriMo side of this post. I am working on two books for this camp nano and, they might sound familiar to you!

Working on two projects this camp was not what I planned… But, as usual, I got distracted and caught up in another project while outlining.

My first WIP is “TIP,” the middle-grade, fantasy retelling I started last NaNoWriMo. I’m not sure what you know about this project. Likely you don’t remember it because I only talked about it twice. However, it is a light fantasy retelling of a classic novel.

I’m having a rough time with this book. I’m just not feeling it. The words aren’t coming and I’m just not excited about it. That is why I decided to work on two books this nano.

This second book is one you are very familiar with. I have started draft 4 of “3859!” I’m getting it polished up and ready for beta readers! I am SO EXCITED!!! I also have some HUGE news about this book, but I think I’ll save that for the next installment of “book in progress.”

What are you working on this nano?

Thanks a bunch!
