September 2021 Wrap-up

Hello, hello, hello!

Games/Dungeon Master Burn out... it's ok

I had covid this month so I didn’t get to do many of the things I hoped to. I mostly just watched SpongBob…

Let’s take a look at some of the things that did happen this month.

This month I finished Frankenstein which I started last month, and so far I haven’t gotten around to finishing the other book I’ve been reading.

Frankenstein: Shelley, Mary: 9781512308051: Books

Miss Peregrine’s home for Peculiar Children. I have a confession to make. For years I have been saying that this was a terrible film and not to bother with it. I take it back. This movie is actually very good. I may or may not have watched it multiple times this month… I guess I should read the book now since I own it.

Boss Baby 2 — Family Business This was a really cute movie just like the first, but I don’t think it was as good…

If you are interested in how my current WIP is going, check out this month’s Book in Progress.

I’m working on my NaNoWriMo project, but I can’t decide what to do. I’ve been writing the same project for so many years, I can’t imagine writing anything else. I haven’t outlined a project from scratch in a long time, I’m not sure where to begin.

But as far as project “3859” is going… Things aren’t getting much easier, lol. I just want to finish this draft before nano starts.

Happier — Olivia Rodrigo

“And now I’m pickin’ her apart
Like cuttin’ her down make you miss my wretched heart
But she’s beautiful, she looks kind, she probably gives you butterflies.”

Great You Are — Jordan Smith

“I won’t let a breath go by
And miss the chance to lift You high
Let everything I am declare
The story of how great You are.”

On my Own — Ashes Remain

“Bring me out
From the prison of my own pride
My God
I need a hope I can’t deny
In the end I’m realizing I was never meant to fight on my own.”

Okay, over the last few months I have tried different ways to share my favorite songs from this month, and I am interested to know which you think is better? I personally like this month’s.

My most popular post this month was a tie between Cute and Cozy Reading Nooks (For your Small Space!) and Book in Progress — Part Six: Time Warp

A post you might have missed: Disney’s the Jungle Cruise Review

Imagine Dragons released a new album and I haven’t been able to stop listening to it!

Imagine Dragons - Mercury - Act 1 - Music

It’s officially spooky season! Can’t wait for the fun post that are coming!!!

Thanks a bunch!
