Merry Christmas Earthlings! I thought I’d start Blogmas with a little Q&A. So after some brainstorming I have come up with 12 Christmas questions (see what I did there? 12 days of Christmas, eh?).
1.How did you spend last Christmas?
Last Christmas was a little different. My brother ended up getting really sick so he and my mother missed out on our Christmas eve traditions. Plus, the Christmas parade was canceled because the city thought some ‘Christmas Tree lighting ceremony’ was more important, and of course we can’t have both… I have a love hate relationship with my small town.
2.How are you spending this Christmas?
Well, the Christmas parade was already canceled, and it is possible that our Christmas Eve plans don’t work out, but as long as I’m with family and we’re all well this year I think it’ll be fine.
3.What’s your favorite Christmas Movie Quote?
Ahh, there’s so many! Which do I pick?
You know what, I might have to go with the quote form Elf,
SANTA!!! OOH MY GOD!!! I know him!! I know him!

4.If you could be in any Christmas movie what would it be?
OMG, this one’s so hard! If I was acting in a Christmas movie I think I would want to be in the Christmas Carol. But if I was living a Christmas movie, I would have to go with my favorite which would be a white Christmas! Or the Princess Switch…
5.What is your most favorite Christmas food?
My Great-Grandmother’s fudge that my mom makes every year. It is to DIE FOR!!! I’m not joking!!!
6.Do you prefer giving or receiving gifts on Christmas?
This is also a really hard question. My Love language is giving, but also, who the heck doesn’t like getting free stuff?
7.If you could be under the mistletoe with anyone who would it be?
I saw this question on an old holiday tag and I thought it was so funny. I can’t think of anyone I would for sure like to stand under the mistletoe with, but I’m sure I could come up with something, lol. Does my cat, Dan count?
8.What’s a few of you favorite traditions?
A few of my favorite traditions would be my family’s ‘Christmas light drive,’ where we go out on a cold December night and admire everyone’s Christmas lights. Not to mention going to my grandparent’s house on Christmas eve, after church, and eating diner and opening gifts from the family!
9.What’s a few traditions you’ll be missing out on this year? #2020
I think I already covered my parade…
10.Where do you draw the line for Christmas Sweaters? Do you like ugly or more cute?
I love ugly Christmas sweaters, but I do have a limit. My ugly Christmas sweater is actually kind of cute but I love it too much to buy another.
11.Have you ever had a white Christmas?
Yes, actually a lot. I live in Nebraska, where if it’s not blistering hot, it’s snowing fiercely. A few years ago we had a blizzard on Christmas day, but I think I’ll save that story for another post.
12. Do you use colored lights on your tree or white?
For my ‘Personal’ tree, I use colored lights. I love the classic look. But my mom has mostly used white lights, and my sister wouldn’t dream about using anything else.
Merry Christmas guys! If you would like to use these questions be my guest! I only ask that you be sure to tag me so I can read them!
Thanks a bunch!
